⚠ Important Usage Notice

Always turn the mixer to the fully off position when the douche kit is not being used. Leaving the mixer turned on can cause pressure to build up inside the handset and hose, which may result in leakage or damage. Leaks or damage caused by failing to turn the mixer off after use will not be covered under the product warranty.

Please note: This product should be installed by a suitably qualified plumber in accordance with the supplied installation instructions and current water regulations.

  • If you arrange the return, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Packaging and deductions If the original packaging is missing, damaged or incomplete, the return may be refused.
What happens to the original delivery charge? For qualifying online cancellations made within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery; any premium-delivery upgrade is non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns accepted under our extended policy after that period, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. This limitation does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your statutory rights are not affected.
