Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your items. This ensures that our customers are able to make their purchase with peace of mind. Restocking fees may apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received it and must be completely unused, undamaged, in all original packaging and in a resalable condition. It must be complete with all fittings, instructions and packaging. If the item(s) returned are used/damaged or in poor condition, We can refuse to accept the return which will result in a nil refund. Please ensure the condition of the item(s) is new, unused and free from damage upon return, This includes the outer packaging.

For a refused return, you will be liable for shipping fees as we will return these items to you.

Please do not write on the outer box / packaging of the item as this will render it unfit for resale and as such you will not be eligible for a full refund. 

Please only use clear tape to reseal your products as any other tape will render the return as void. We cannot repackage any items / products neither can we accept items as graded returns as we do not have a clearance outlet. You will also be required to include a receipt / packing slip / proof of purchase inside the packaging so our returns department can process your claim. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee on all orders. 

If your order has qualified for Free Delivery due to a promotional offer or the value exceeded £499 and you are returning a selection of products from your order, Please note: You will be subject to paying the delivery charge if the revised order value falls below the minimum Free Delivery amount or if you return your order for a full refund. Additionally, if any item(s) purchased are out of stock and no suitable alternative is available, the delivery charge may still apply. The delivery charge can be any amount depending on your delivery postal area and is not necessarily the amount quoted as per the website at checkout. We reserve the right to deduct such delivery charges from any refund amount owing to you.

You, the customer, must cover the cost of return shipment unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. We can assist with return shipping for an additional fee, which will be subtracted from your refund. If the return is requested within the first 7 days of receiving the item, there will be a 10% restocking fee. However, for all returns requested after 7 days of receipt there will be a restocking fee of 25%. 

Damages
If an item has arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer must inform us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Some items must be reported within 24 hours so please do check with us prior to purchase. The customer must inform us via Phone or E-Mail so our Customer Care team can evaluate the issue and create a claim. Our Customer Care team provides impeccable customer service and responds quickly to any issue. They will work diligently with the customer to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Whilst we work tirelessly to ensure items reach customers in perfect condition, sometimes they can arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. We shall endeavour to replace such items as soon as possible to ensure minimum disruption to customers. However we cannot and will not be held liable for such instances as these are beyond our control and we dispatch all items in good faith and pristine condition to the best of our knowledge as they are factory sealed. We do not pay any compensation for delays incurred due to damaged items and in some instances we are unable to collect the damaged/defective item and/or the packaging that comes with it. It remains the customers responsibility to dispose of these in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Any form of damage should be reported to us prior to installing any items as by installing the items you are confirming the item is in an acceptable condition and item has no issues

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service number on 03300 10 10 21. Our customer service team is available to answer your questions and provide all the support you need. No matter what the issue is, our team will do their best to help.

Refunds
You will be notified via E-Mail or Telephone once your return has arrived in our returns department. Your returns will be inspected and you will then receive confirmation if your claim for return was approved. If it has been approved, the customer will then automatically receive a refund on the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. Refunds are typically processed within a week of receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to become available in your account.

If you decide the goods you purchased are no longer suitable and return them in line with our returns policy (outlined above), we reserve the right to refuse further orders for the same item again. If the above is not adhered to in full, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
