UK Mainland Delivery Overview
We offer fast and reliable delivery services across the UK Mainland. All delivery prices shown on our website apply only to the UK Mainland. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates and not guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch and deliver your items quickly, unforeseen delays may occur. We recommend placing orders in advance if you are working to a tight schedule.
Delivery Surcharges & Restricted Postcodes
Certain postcode areas such as PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, and BT are subject to delivery surcharges due to increased carrier costs. If your postcode falls within a surcharge area, we will contact you after the order is placed to confirm any additional delivery charges. If you choose not to proceed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. These charges apply even if your order is accepted at checkout without showing the surcharge.
Non-Mainland UK & Offshore Locations
If you're located in Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Hayling Island, Portsea Island, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland, please contact us before placing your order. These destinations will incur additional delivery charges and longer delivery times. Orders placed without prior confirmation may be subject to cancellation or delayed dispatch.
Small & Medium Package Deliveries
We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, and Evri for smaller items. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (excluding the order date), while express delivery is typically 2–4 working days (some items may be delivered in 1–3 days). Delivery charges vary based on item type:
- £6.99 – Accessories, wastes, and other small items
- £8.99 – Taps, shower systems, and related accessories
- £12.99 – Small radiators (up to 1.2m)
- £14.95 – Mirrors (up to 1m)
Shipping rates may change without notice depending on our courier partners’ pricing.
Large & Bulky Item Deliveries
Large items such as baths, bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, and large mirrors or radiators are shipped via pallet freight or 2-man courier services. Delivery times are 3–5 working days, or 2–4 working days for express shipping.
- 2-Man Courier: You will be notified 24 hours before delivery. Time slots are only available on the day of delivery.
- Pallet Freight (United Pallet Network): Your items are sent to a local depot, which will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date. This helps prevent failed delivery attempts, which may incur re-delivery charges.
Delivery is kerbside or to the nearest accessible point. Customers are responsible for moving items into their property and disposing of any pallets or packaging materials.
- £29.95 – Furniture, Basins, Toilets, Large Radiators, Tall Units
- £39.95 – Baths, Shower Enclosures, Trays
Delivery charges for certain items may vary based on their size and weight.
Missed Delivery & Redelivery Fees
If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available at the property, a re-delivery fee will be applied before we can arrange another attempt. You will receive a notification email when your order is on its way, so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Our delivery partners may call ahead, but this is not always guaranteed.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery at the door or instruct the courier to cancel the delivery, you will not be refunded the delivery fee. If your order qualified for free delivery, we will deduct the actual cost we incurred to send the order (which can exceed £100+VAT for pallet deliveries) from your refund. Please ensure you order the correct items and are available to receive them to avoid unnecessary costs.
