Electric Heating

This electric model is supplied with a thermostatic heating element, allowing it to operate independently from a central heating system.

Important installation warning: The radiator must be filled to the correct level with a suitable radiator fluid before the heating element is switched on. Never operate the heating element in an empty or insufficiently filled radiator. The heating element instruction manual recommends filling the radiator to 90% of its total volume. Installation and use must follow the supplied instructions.

Please note: Radiator valves are not required. Electrical installation must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with current regulations.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged.

  • If you arrange the return, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Packaging and deductions If the original packaging is missing, damaged or incomplete, a restocking deduction may be applied to your refund.
What happens to the original delivery charge? For qualifying online cancellations made within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery; any premium-delivery upgrade is non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns accepted under our extended policy after that period, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. This limitation does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your statutory rights are not affected.
