Unlike many basic wall mirrors, the Reflexa is mounted on a robust 16mm melamine particle-board backing for added strength and long-term stability. The backing is finished with durable 0.4mm PVC-coated edges, while the 3mm mirror glass features polished edges for a smooth, refined finish.

Packaging and deductions If the original packaging is missing, damaged or incomplete, the return may be refused.

What happens to the original delivery charge? For qualifying online cancellations made within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery; any premium-delivery upgrade is non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns accepted under our extended policy after that period, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. This limitation does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your statutory rights are not affected.
