  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged.
  • Original packaging, fittings, instructions and labels must be included.
  • Please do not write on or damage the packaging; use clear tape when resealing it.
  • If you arrange the return, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Packaging and deductions If the original packaging is missing, damaged or incomplete, the return may be refused.
What happens to the original delivery charge? For qualifying online cancellations made within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery; any premium-delivery upgrade is non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns accepted under our extended policy after that period, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. This limitation does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Yes — most orders include full tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Distribution Centre. Larger or bulkier items may not have live tracking, while vanity units, toilets and medium-sized products are delivered via a 2-man courier or the United Pallet Network. Smaller items such as taps, radiators and accessories are shipped with Royal Mail or DX.
